Pregnant w/o Try for Baby

My sim has gotten pregnant twice from the regular "Woohoo" option. After the first time, I did research and after learning that this is apparently 100% impossible I thought that maybe I clicked the wrong button. So I paid attention to the moodlets after future encounters, listening for the music and looking for the happy "try for baby" moodlet. Just to make sure. But, nothing. Until this last time and she got pregnant again!

I did notice that both times were in inconventional places (1. hot tub and 2. sauna) if that makes a difference. But both times I noticed a nauseous sim in the following hours with thoughts of baby items popping up over her head and the 1st trimester moodlet/baby belly appearing 24 hours later.

So I guess I'm wondering if this is a glitch with my personal copy of the game? or something that actually has a low percentage of happening and my sims just have that perfect chemistry together lol

    I was experiementing gameplay styles and broadening out to MCCC. One of the options in that mod is the chance of a pregnancy from Woohoo, the default is at 0%, so i'm assuming there is not supposed to be any chance of a pregnancy in the base game for woohoo, unless one of the expacs changes that value(?). the base default for try for a baby is at 80% according to MCCC without making changes.

    Not sure if any of that helps.
