I had a notificatio after i opdated sims 4 one day (and i never had it before) and it said that you need to swith to 32-bit and i pressed OK and another notificasion came up and it said that you need to switch to 64-bit and i did and then i restarted the game and the same notificasion came everi time pleace help I have had this for some days now

Did you change anything on your computer ? You have 8 GB RAM but only 3.5 are available. Either the graphics card has some assigned or your RAM is having a hardware issue.Could you do a hardware check on your computer to see if everything is working ok with your RAM ?

Then it's probably your graphics card that's using all that RAM. Did you change anything ? You said it was working before ?

Hi @sunneva05,

Your DxDiag only shows one graphic card.

Your computer is detecting 8GB of RAM but can only use 3GB. I'd suggest running a Windows memory diagnostic to check RAM's health:

-Search "Windows Memory Diagnostic" on the Start menu and run it. Your computer will restart and the it will run the test. When you login again, you'll get the diagnostic's results.

I did a Windows Diagnostic and there wore no error
