PROBLEMS DOWNLOADING SIMS 4 MAC! PLEASE HELP ME

I have been trying to download The Sims 4

The first thing is that I've read that usually lasts the maximum of 3 hours downloading the game, but It's been 3 days and I can't complete the download, maybe this is a problem of my internet, it's extremely slow.

Anyways after these 3 days, it had almost reached the 100%, but when it reached 94% , after 10 minutes it go back as 88%. This happened 4 times. I decided to restart it. I'm about to cry..

    That should work but maybe you could try updating to something newer ?

    Yes, you should update to a new Mac OS and many of the games and applications really are not made to support the older versions.
