Problems updating or repairing the game.

Hi guys, I'm new here. I have come because I have several problems updating and many times I have to repair the game. When updating it always puts a message that says that the specific folder has not been found, and bojo puts the address of the folder and when I enter I find that it is where it should be. I don't understand why it doesn't detect it, and then I can't play or update. And when I go to repair the game it puts a message at the bottom that says: "permissions required". I don't know what he means. Please help me.
