Problems with package in build mode.

I'm having a problem with the gourmet getaway package. I bought it all right and downloaded the package, but when I entered the game and went to construction mode, items are missing. I've already uninstalled it. And I installed both Origin and The Sims 4 and the problem continues... I need urgent help because I'm getting discouraged with all this....
