Product Activation Code

Hi,

I purchased you product in late 2014 without any issues and played the sims quite extensively without a problem. However, after a six month hiatus, after trying to enter the game, I have been prompted to provide an activation code in order to proceed.

I understand this code would have been sent to my email and I would have activated the game initially, however I did not think the game required to be activated over and over. That particular email is no longer in my inbox to make matters worse.

How would I be able to obtain such a code from Origin again, to activate the game again?

  • Well what you thought is right. You do not need to register your game again.
    Try going in to Origin and opening the game through there.

    Yes, that was my next move, however when i opened up origin and clicked on my games, there were none there. there were just three tabs:

    Origin Store
    Free Games
    On the House.

    Beyond this, im not sure what else to do

    I have to ask - are you logging in to the account you had? Did you have to create a new account? As this is an open forum for user by users account can not be accessed here. If you continue to have problems you will have to contact an EA game consultant.

    Yes i am logging in to the same account as the game was purchased. It looks like im going to have to get in contact with them directly but thanks a lot guys!
