purchased pack no longer shows it's purchased
my get to work pack says that I never bought it, however I have used that pack multiple times and only noticed it was no longer showing as owned when I tried to load my previous save file and it said...

From the limited amount I'm able to see here, it looks like Get to Work was only active on this account from a previous Game Pass subscription. If you no longer have Xbox Game Pass active, that would be why this pack is no longer available.
You can take a look at your order history here to confirm the packs that were purchased for this account. If Get to Work is not showing up there, it was not purchased directly. If you have other purchase verification for Get to Work specifically, please contact support and they can take a look at this. Otherwise, this would have to be picked up separately to access that content again without the Game Pass or EA Play subscription.
