Purchased The Sims 4 and Packs Through App

And now all of the 21 Expansion Packs, Game Packs, kits and stuff packs that I bought have been wiped out since you forced me to updated. 

I've asked for support and received none.

You have basically stolen my game from me and keep insisting that I RE-purchase what I bought already. Proof of purchase? It was trusted to you. 

One of the most expensive mistakes I ever made. 

I purchased ALL of those packs pictured below and the proof is in my save files.
