Random PC reboots after new grafics driver was installed

Have been using old nvidia drivers from may 2019, so i thought it would be time to update them finally some days ago. After updating them, my PC had random PC reboots while playing Sims 4. As the drivers were the only thing changed, i used the Windows 10 feature to reset them to an old version. No more random reboots after that.

Today a new nvidia driver version came out, so i tried it again with those, in the hopes the problem was fixed. But i still get the random PC reboots with it while playing Sims 4 (i can play all other games just fine though).

Unfortunately this time the driver install seems to have reset something, as the option to revert to old drivers is not available this time. So i seem to be unable to go back to the old drivers that have been working.

Had no trouble at all with the old drivers, so i am assuming that there is some issue with Sims 4 and newer drivers on my system for whatever reason. Is there anything else i can do, besides hoping to find some archive with old drivers?
