Rapid flashing when starting the game via ea app

So I've gotten this new bug where when I use the ea app to open up the sims 4 I'm greeted with black and white flashing before the game boots up. Any and all help would be appreciated I'm currentl...

LoneFox113​  Sorry for the late reply.  Please provide a dxdiag.  Click Windows key-R, enter dxdiag in the run box, wait for the scan to finish, click "Save all information," and save the file to your desktop.  From there, you can attach it to a reply using the paper clip (Attachment) icon included with the other formatting buttons.
