moved your post to the tech forum as custom content is unsupported by EA.
Getting mods folder on youtube is always a dangerous as you have no idea what you're downloading and how many incompatible mods your downloading with it.
Best thing to do is to download Sims4Studio and batch fix any custom content that might be outdated. If you still have issues afterwards, you will need to manually weed through the CC or just ditch the whole folder and download the cc you really want individually, making sure everything is still compatible with the current patch.
