islaclef Please clear the EA App's cache:

and repair the game (EA App > Sims 4 > Manage > Repair, or Steam > Sims 4 > Properties > Installed Files > Verify integrity of game files). If that doesn't help, please see the first post of this master thread:

None of this worked, nothing has changed.

im having the exact same problem! In my EA app its showing my packs are there but when i open ts4 its saying i can't play my game because my packs are missing and everything from purchased packs are no longer there. Wonder if its a glitch somewhere.

Update: I figured it out, I had moved the packs around a bit in the folder, then I deleted them all and reinstalled from the EA app, that seemed to work, haven't figured out how to link it to steam, but at least I can play the game now.
