Re: ea app keeps crashing

@idontmccall  If you use mods and custom content, please test without the content: move the Mods folder to the desktop and delete localthumbcache.package.  You don't need to save your progress; the point is to test and find out whether the mods and cc are contributing to the crashes.

If your game still crashes, or you don't use mods or cc, please run a dxdiag and attach it to a post.

@puzzlezaddict Is this the only option? I have a lot of mods and cc and it’ll take forever for my laptop to finish putting my mods folder on my desktop. There has to be an easier way than this.

@idontmccall  It should take no time at all to move the Mods folder to the desktop.  What could take time is copying the folder, or moving it to a different drive.  In that case, you can simply rename it, but please let me know that your computer is trying to copy the folder.  Please also let me know whether OneDrive is running, even if you don't use it, and how full it is.
