Re: EA App won't install 4/26 update, can't launch game

Hello.

When I log into EA to play SIMS 4, it says update required. So, I update. It states that it completely downloaded the update; but when finished it still says update required and I cannot play. I restated EA, I kept trying to download (about 3 or 4 times), I checked to see if i had available space. I do. 119 GB unused. I looked to see if my computer needed any updates and did a cleanse. Restarted my computer. tried to "repair" the game. NOTHING IS WORKING. ☹️
