iliekponiez I can't tell from the first screenshot whether DISM ran to completion, but as long as you didn't see an error (and the wording would make it obvious it was an error), you're in the clear there. The second screenshot is saying sfc did its job, so you don't need to worry about that.
Crystal Disk Mark is a way to test drives in a number of ways, including speed. You could technically use either the x32 or x64 version, the same way other 32-bit apps run in 64-bit Windows, but you might as well use the x64 version.
The link I posted earlier includes instructions for installing and for running a benchmark. For the latter, the most thorough approach would be to test sequential and random reads and writes, but in the context of Sims 4, the most important factor is random reads—that's the closest task to what the game would be doing while it's running. Still, it's nice to have an overview of everything.
For the test size and number of runs, it doesn't matter all that much as long as it's above a certain minimum level. I'd go with a total of at least 10 GB when you multiply everything together. The higher the amount of data, the more accurate (compared to real-world functions) the result is, but you also don't want to have to leave it running for several hours while you'd rather be playing. So 10-15 GB total is a good balance.
I actually did see that your graphics driver was a bit old, but that version isn't old enough to be a problem judging by all the other users who are running a driver from last August. It's fine that you updated, but this was also probably not a major contributor to the crashes.
