I haven't used mods before (only cc) but I downloaded the one created by Scarlet, as referenced by you in the other thread ( https://answers.ea.com/t5/Bug-Reports/INFORMATION-Common-Game-Fixing-Mods-Hero-Approved/m-p/9836567 ) 

Origin updated at the same time when I logged back in to play test. 

I ran the restaurant for a few hours and not one single puddle! Excellent thank you.
