    I've solved the issue! Yay!! If anyone else is having this problem, make sure this setting is "OFF" in your settings! (Only applicable for windows, I have not tried this for Mac.)

Watson_z_221B​  I've split your post into its own thread because you posted in a Sims 3 thread about an unrecognized, not unusable, graphics card.

Please provide a dxdiag.  Click Windows key-R, enter dxdiag in the run box, wait for the scan to finish, click "Save all information," and save the file to your desktop.  From there, you can attach it to a reply using the paper clip (Attachment) icon included with the other formatting buttons.

Please also let me know what antivirus you use.
