You are answering a three year old thread, It is highly unlikely that amywigs101 will see it as she is not a regular poster.

If you bought the game on Disc then there will be a code in the package that you need to use. If it is not there contact the seller for an exchange or a refund.

    i bought the cd new frim the shop but cannot find the product code. even if it is there i cannot see it, where is it
