@lrah0uw2a8nr  You need to install the base game through Steam, then download the DLC you own in Steam through Steam itself as well.  (If you've installed Sims 4 through the EA App, please uninstall it first.)  If you own any DLC through the EA App, you can then download it, just the DLC, and it should install into the Steam version.
