The commend didn't change but after the patch, it looks like some mod is interfering with it and broke it or something went wrong with this option.
If you have any mods move the mods folder to the desktop and try without it.

You can also try to fix the game in Origin, but if the patch has changed it than fixing the game will not a big help

Origin/Library - right-click on TS4 - option "repair game"
