@Felicat82 Which lot did you try ? It works fine for me but I just converted all existing houses on beaches to beach lots (didn't build anything myself)

Does it also happen if you start a fresh game for testing purposes that never saw any mod/cc or is it just in that one save game ?

    It happens at Key Point, and this is a new game started just for this expansion.  Just tested this again, with a brand new sim not from my library, and it works.  Tested with CC back in, and the lot will now work, but the water scooter is gone on loading.  Apparently it's an issue with the sim I had saved.  :/  Shame, I really wanted to use some of my library sims here.  Ah well.  Is there any way to save a sim's appearance only?  I want to keep the way they look.
