I was looking at these three as well? I know the last one is £400, which one would you think is best?

@jordxxox Having 8 GB RAM is definitely better than having 4 GB. However, the laptops you've linked have such weak processors, including such slow graphics chips, that I think on balance, the faster processor and chip in the ones I linked would provide more of a benefit than the extra memory. Under normal circumstances, the graphics card or chip is the limiting factor in determining how well Sims 4 runs (as with most games), so when you're on a budget, the best move is usually to get the fastest card you can and go from there.
If you did happen to see a laptop with a Ryzen processor and 8 GB RAM though, that would be the best option overall. I just couldn't find one for £350 or less. And looking again, I still can't find one with both for under £400. However, you could add more memory to this model, at least:
Another 8 GB RAM costs about £30, and you could order and add it now or later. Installing RAM is as simple as taking off the bottom of the laptop and inserting the module into a slot, although if you wanted to pay a store to do it for you, that would also be a reasonable option.
I believe this laptop would support a memory upgrade as well:
I can't be sure because the exact model number isn't on the product page. But if you called Currys, someone should be able to tell you the model and whether it supported an upgrade. You wouldn't need to buy the extra memory at Currys or have the store install it; just ask whether it's possible.
