There was a G Hub update recently.  Are you still seeing this issue after updating G Hub (to version 2021.13.2906 or higher).

    I have updated G Hub to version 2021.13.2906 and I am still seeing this issue. I have found however that switching control of Sims within the household makes it update the keyboard, especially when they have different emotions. I realise this is a workaround, not a fix though.

    @bradnak So far the team hasn't been able to reproduce what you described. In your original post, when you said "switch back to the game while a save game is loaded", was the game minimized and then you returned to it? Also do you run the game in fullscreen or windowed mode?

    I usually Alt-tab out from the game. I run the game in Windowed Fullscreen mode, but to get to other windows on the same monitor I use Alt-tab.

    Just letting you know that the team does see issues with this setup now, and will be looking into it.
