could you check under Programs and features ?

Yo tambien tengo el mismo error y tengo toditos de todas las versiones

• Go to your ">drive<:\Program Files (x86)\Origin Games\The Sims 4\__Installer\vc\vc2010sp1\redist" folder.
• Run the "vcredist_x64.exe" and the "vcredist_x86.exe" as Administrator. (Right click the exe > run as an Administrator)
  If you don't have an "Install" option, "Repair" the installation.
• Do the same with the "vcredist_x64.exe" and the "vcredist_x86.exe" under ">drive<:\Program Files (x86)\Origin Games\The Sims 4\__Installer\vc\vc2013\redist"
• Reboot.
• Test.

This didn't work for me either, i don't know what to do at this point

The error message is exactly the same?
