@animeislife628 Which packs are you missing, and where did you buy them: in Epic, through the EA App, through Steam, or from a third-party retailer that provided a code?

@animeislife628 Okay, so I take it you received codes that you registered within the EA App? In that case, open the App, then your game library, click Sims 4, and select Manage > Manage Add-ons. From there, you should be able to download your packs. Make sure you're only downloading the packs, not a second copy of the base game.
If that doesn't help, please run a search for EP05 , which is the folder for Seasons. Open a File Explorer window, click This PC in the left panel, and enter EP05 in the search field in the upper-right corner. Wait for the search to finish, then make sure the full file path is showing under each result. If it's not, expand the window sideways as necessary. Take a screenshot using Windows key-shift-S and attach it to a reply here. Then repeat for EP04 , which is Cats & Dogs.
