@bulletstyles  What part don't you understand?  I can try to explain it differently, or you might try a different translator app (like DeepL) if the one you're using isn't helping.

@nikolinaj  Do you see an error code when your household fails to load?  If so, please post a screenshot of it.  Either way, please look for a new lastexception file, as described in post 4, and provide it if one exists.

@Charmya  Please post a screenshot of the error message, and also a new lastexception (see post 4) if you have one.
