So hi again!
So far, my game is the same, not worst fortunately, but I do not enjoy playing anymore.
There are a few things I've done:
Check if I meet the minimum requirements, I do.
Delete DNS (whatever that is)
Uninstall/Reinstall Origin and TS4 (Took my internet connection two days, but done)
Run both Origin and TS4 as Admin. (No improvement)
Repair game (Always do it, nothing changes)
Visited HP support site to download latest drivers on both Intel and AMD graphic things, Intel said I had a better version than I was about to install so I canceled the action, AMD downloaded "a thing" (Catalyst Control Center) that did nothing 'cause when installation was about to end, it displayed an error message.
Tried fixing compatibility problems, didn't help.
Made Origin.exe TS4.exe and TS4_x64.exe exceptions to McAfee. We'll see, I've just done that, hadn't restart yet.
Didn't use Ccleaner, instead ran a full clean from McAfee, as recommended by Holy Microsoft itself: Didn't help one bit.
Removed ALL USB devices, except mouse and keyboard. No help.
Deactivated Origin. I did this yesternight, I could play today, so I guess it did help a little.
Created an admin account and ran the game from there. Game ran the exact same, all laggy and iugh
Cleaned Origin's cache. We'll see, again, I hadn't restarted this baby.
Tried it on a different device (laptop) which can fit in THIS computer 6 times. Game runs PERFECTLY there.
What I couldn't do:
Start the game from Safe mode. I couldn't access Safe Mode, requires a password that I don't have and in order to get it I would have to jeopardize my very OS, my soul, and my first-born. So no. I won't do that.
Start my computer with a "Clean Boot". I do every step but when I restart the computer, all programs are running as usual, I've read that I might need the assistance of a professional because something might interfere with this kind of thing, but I had a box full of professionals, ate my last one on Christmas 2015 :\
Here are some threads that sum up ALL the problems I have, ok just game related one's, I've tried to do every solution except removing Seasons, I'll save that as a last resource.

Wish me luck!
After all I've done and not done, this is the current state of my game:
I turn it on, it loads perfectly under specific circumstances: my computer has to be turned off for more than 1 hour.
The last loading screen makes the 'starting sound', you know? that music that immediately takes you to your household, only my computer decides it's better to wait 2 - 3 minutes to actually start the game.
Once there, everything runs smoothly, animation is sweet and soft, all Sims do what I tell them, like it used to, like it's supposed to.
Then after 5 mins or so, Sims start to walk through doors or walls or furniture or toddlers, you name it, but hey! they're still playable.
Later, 1 of the Sims won't do anything, they get stuck while the rest of the household live their lives as they should.
Later on, is the three of them, walking through objects, getting stuck at whatever they were doing and the most important part is, they won't go to work at the time they should, I've explained this before, let's say Sim A has to get to work at 10:00 am, it's 12:00 and he's still there. What I do is either pause the game, open game's configuration, or open the calendar, they eventually resume their activities but this takes 1 - 3 mins. Also, most times Sims are shown to be at work while they're still hanging in the house.
Another thing, pause takes A LOT to actually pause the game.
You said all I needed to keep the Sims working was a 64 bit OS. I have it.
What's the problem?
