Looks like Geforce Experience may be using the wrong executable to launch the game. I would try and uninstalling Geforce Experience and reinstalling it to see if that fixes it. Also can you launch Sims 4 just using Origin or does it do this all the time no matter what? Also try repairing the Sims 4 with Origin as well.
