@eminaenghHey, I think this issue is usually related to problems with Save files. You can go to My Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4\Saves and move all the files away.

Then try moving back the saves one by one, and to load after relaunching the game. Hopefully this will help find a damaged/corrupted game save.
