Re: Partial Refund Shows Pack as Not Purchased
Update on this case:
I attempted to use a chat to discuss this issue today. The agent refused to acknowledge the discrepancy between the price paid for the pack and the partial refund. This agent insisted that it was 'refunded so you have to buy it again', even though the purchase history clearly shows a partial refund. After repeating my issue several times, the chat agent quit out of the chat.
