@wrathprincess  I apologize for the late reply; I somehow missed your post the first time around.

Does every save crash, or just your current one?  Please start a new save in one of the base game worlds for comparison's sake and let me know how it runs.  Please also restart your computer immediately before launching Sims 4, and don't open anything else other than the game and the EA App while testing.

If you get another crash, please run a dxdiag and attach it to a post.
