@raven24c Did you run sfc /scannow as well? If not, please do that first. DISM doesn't fix any issues on its own; it's more of a setup to make sure sfc can properly do its job of repairing system files.
Your dxdiag is missing some info, including for both graphics drivers, and at least two listed errors are definitely related to an issue with one of these drivers. So please do a clean uninstall and reinstall of both drivers, as described here:

The correct order of operations here is uninstall the Nvidia driver > uninstall the Intel driver > restart > reinstall the Intel driver > restart > reinstall the Nvidia driver > restart, all while your laptop is offline. Then try again to play.
