Re: Sims 4 - Packs missing from EA app

I have a weird issue I'm not quite sure how to explain.
I haven't played my game in months and yesterday I tried to play to find that:
- My username has disappeared in the EA app and is now this weird series of letters and numbers that I didn't set (see current username). My actual account is Anniemaniac.
- All my sims expansions have disappeared and aren't showing as purchased when they are.
- All other non-Sims games I had have disappeared as well
- When I go to the gallery on Sims 4, I can actually SEE my own profile (Anniemaniac) complete with a house I uploaded in January... it's as if it's a separate profile yet it shouldn't be. I only have that account so I don't know where this new username has come from or why my profile is missing my games and friends.
Literally only the Sims 4 base game is showing. My username is wrong, my friends have gone, my expansions have gone, and my other games have disappeared. It's almost as if it's a new profile and yet the app has a 'memory' of my expansion packs because I can see ALL my expansions in one area where it shows them as 'repaired' on 16th January 2025 which is roughly the last time I played, yet they're not showing as purchased or under my main Sims game to install/repair etc.
I don't know if there's been some sort of update since I last played that's corrupted my profile or something but I've lost potentially hundreds of £££ if I can't get them back and I can't afford to repurchase (nor would I on principle because this is clearly an EA issue).
When I start my base game, my saved games are there and they show the expansion packs I was playing with via the icons. I've repaired my base game hoping that might be why but I still can't see my expansions.
Weirdly, all (from what I can tell; I have a LOT) of my CC is showing up fine including CC which needs expansion packs which my app is saying I don't have... yet worlds that came with expansion packs are missing, such as Brindleton bay. So it's weird. It's like the game remembers I have these packs, but they're not showing up.
Does anyone know what's happened and how to fix this? I've potentially lost hundreds of £££ of expansion packs and I don't know how or why. I refuse on principle to buy them again as this is clearly an EA problem.
