Re: sims 4 ea app games not accessable on pc

@Toztabud  If you haven't already, please uninstall the EA App version of Sims 4.  Having two installs on your computer is only going to cause trouble.  Sign into the EA App and download any packs you own there, but not a second copy of the base game.  With only the Steam version of Sims 4 installed, the packs should go into that folder and load properly once you launch the game from Steam.

If this doesn't work, please run searches for two or three of your missing packs.  Open a File Explorer window, click This PC in the left panel, and enter the folder name for one of the missing packs in the search field in the upper-right corner.  This is the full list of packs:

For example, if you're looking for Seasons, you'd search for EP05 .  Wait for the search to finish, then make sure the full file path is showing under each result.  If it's not, expand the window sideways as necessary.  Take a screenshot using Windows key-shift-S and attach it to a reply here.  Then repeat for one or two more packs.

The other option would be to get a refund from Steam and buy an EA cash card at a physical store.  For example, in the U.S., I've seen the cards at Best Buy and GameStop.  These cards work as online gift certificates: you add the funds to your EA Wallet, then use that as the payment method.

I uninstalled the EA version and it comes up with the "Game not installed" error.
