@Klo8289 Did you try uninstalling GTW? First thing I notice is 256Gb with 67.3Gb free. The system partition is too small for the windows operating system for the casual user to manage. 67.3Gb free is also too small. The device driver appears twice in the dxdiag, like the device driver is loading twice and it looks like that may be confusing the game. You might try uninstalling the graphics driver and reinstall the driver.
@roberta591 That is just my boot drive. I have the game actually installed on my 1TB media drive, so I don't encounter issues from that with any other games from steam or origin. Never the less I did a clean install of my drivers from AMD and deleted the config and options.ini from the sims folder and the has game started again. Thank you for your help! I was just getting frustrated trying other peoples solutions to no avail.
