I've taken a look at your account and I can see a lot of purchases made of Sims 4 content. It sounds like you didn't make these, so you should reach out to support, they can take a closer look.

In Origin you can click "help" then Order History to see purchases made, if you need more info.

As well as investigating the purchases, support can help to add additional security to your account if required.
