I've taken a look at your account and I can see a lot of purchases made of Sims 4 content. It sounds like you didn't make these, so you should reach out to support, they can take a closer look.
In Origin you can click "help" then Order History to see purchases made, if you need more info.http://help.ea.com/en/article/contact-ea-help/
As well as investigating the purchases, support can help to add additional security to your account if required.
