Do you have any Mods or CC? If so move your Mods folder to the Desktop and delete localthumbcache.package. Then test the game.

No I don’t have any mods or CC. Should I still delete that tho? I’m so fed up my all my sim’s just keep glitching like they get stuck standing with their arms spread and nothing i do helps except shutting down the whole game.
