Re: Sims4 won't launch in EA app

There was a time I didn't even use the ea app to open my sims but now since this update its only opened once and ever since then it loads then stops I really hate the ea app it ruined a lot for me back then to the point where it took me at least a year just to figure out how to get it off the ea app now I'm back to where I started the only reason I updated was to fix some of my mods that were breaking due to not having the update....

    @9978qui  Are you saying that the EA App won't open, or that Sims 4 won't open?  If the problem is Sims 4, please make sure the App is loading correctly, as in, you can see your game library and Sims 4 listed as installed.  Please also test with no mods or custom content at all; you don't need to save your progress.

    If the game won't open with no mods or cc present, please run a dxdiag and attach it to a post.
