Uninstall Origin by using Revo (free version you don't pay for it) - it will be clean all traces of Origin from your computer

and install again

Ok I got it all downloaded I had to take a few things off on the C drive.... still a bit short on space...sorry I am so helpless....

cannot move folder I made sure there was no other document file in my D drive.. but it still will not go.l

Sorry I was busy. You already have my reply in the mail. Check if you have created a second Documents folder on D drive.Maybe the old TS4 folder is there because you moved it there before.
There must be another folder Documents or a folder that is a copy of the folder you already have on the C drive in Documents. Unfortunately, it is hard for me to guess what you have doubled there
