That looks great. Could you have a peek at the link @jpkarlsen gave and try the suggestions in that post?
Already tried all of those steps, no difference.
Do you have this only in live mode or also in build mode?
Could you try a new save file or a different house to compare?
Same in every save, and yes only in life mode. Build mode is smooth as butter.
