@SimmersLori Please try the clean uninstall and reinstall of Origin, followed by the game repair, as Crinrict recommended.

should i do the hard way or the easy way for uninstalling origin

- Unfortunately, I already did that suggestion before coming here. From what I'm reading there are a lot of players having trouble with the recent update. *sigh*
aww they will fix this most likely meanwhile i got sims 3 again
@JOISIMONE Try uninstalling "the hard way," and reinstalling, then repairing Sims 4.
@SimmersLori Are you getting exactly the same error? Try disabling your antivirus and then repairing the game. If you're seeing a different error, please post a screenshot.
- @puzzlezaddict hey, ik heb alles geprobeerd wat ik kan doen. Eigenlijk heb ik de moed al een beetje opgegeven, telkens als ik de sims 4 opstart dan krijg ik de foutmelding: ordinal not found... en als ik origin open dan staat er: hm dat ging niet zo als gehoopt. Altublief helpt u mij?
