@tzfdey1ibdp4 The most immediate issue with your computer is that your C drive is almost completely full. With less than 1 GB free space, Windows doesn't even have enough room to maneuver on its own, much less while running apps that create temporary files (as Sims 4 does).
So before doing anything else, please try to clear at least 20 GB on C. You can move any files you're not using at the moment, like old saves or screenshots, to your external drive. Check the Downloads folder for extraneous files as well—installers or .zip files may not get deleted after you've used them.
Once you've done this, restart your computer and try again to play. If you still get an error, please post a new dxdiag.
Please also link me the download page for your laptop. Go here:
https://support.hp.com/us-en/drivers/laptops
Enter your laptop's serial number, choose your OS (Windows 11) if prompted, and you'll land on the driver download page for your computer. Please post the link here. That page doesn't contain any information about your own laptop, just the overall model. The reason I'd like to see this page is that if you need to update or reinstall any drivers, I want to be able to let you know exactly what to download rather than just telling you what to look for in general.
here's the link. (also the operating system version i have is actually 22h2, so i just picked 21h2), i'm gonna try getting excess stuff onto the external hard drive. I'm not too good with this stuff so I'm gonna have a friend help me. Hopefully it works, thanks for the help! I'll be sure to let you know.
