@JuniperWhimsy yeah I sent the file - I can read the file with Notepad ++, and when I upload the file to Google Drive, the Drive reads it as it's supposed to i.e. with actual numbers. So like jp said, there is some encoding issue going on (I am on Win 11 and could open the file just fine until latest fixes) when opening it in Notepad.

I was never worried per se about this, it was just confusing and wanted to report it in case there are other confused people like I was hahah
