PlantSim tree stump missing

I am trying to complete the Nature's Calling event, but I can't find the PlantSim stump in my game's buy mode. I even searched for it using the search bar but it's nowhere to be found and the title looks weird, it has numbers in it when it pops up in search. It's just not in my game, but I'm able to get the magic beans from other sims. I remember seeing the stump in my game a long time ago. Is this a bug? I even used the bb.showhiddenobjects cheat and nothing.
