As @Phantomlover1717 mentioned, the game is redeemed on your account so first of all, you need to make sure that you are logged into the correct one. People sometimes create more accounts then just one and a mistake can be easily made there.
If you are sure that you are logged in with correct account and the game is still not showing up, contact customer support with your product code so they can locate and troubleshoot the issue for you.
How to contact EA advisor:
- Visit http://help.ea.com/ and log in with your EA account
- Click on help with a game and choose the game you have an issue with
- Scroll to the bottom of the page and click on contact us
- Select your appropriate platform and click next on bottom right
- Select a relevant topic and add more info into the section Tell us a little more, then click Next
- You will then have the option for Live Chat or Email or a Call Me Option!
NOTE: not every option is always available. It depends on your location, the time of the day and also on the options you select
