When I do ctrl + shift + c my cheat menu will not open, nothing happens.
I am on PC
I do have mods
I have took out my mods and have repaired my game and it still will not open.
Check that you don't have some other software app using that shortcut combo, which will block that combo from working in Sims 4.
Look at things like your GPU software or screenshot/video apps etc.
