[READ FIRST] Unrecognized video card

Hi, I've seen a lot of posts about this issue, but I'm a little unsure of what the fix is so I'm asking again for my particular graphics card.

I just got my new laptop. It's an HP Envy. It uses AMD Ryzen 7 with AMD radeon graphics. I've looked through the list of graphics cards that EA has "accepted" or whatever, but there are so many different radeon graphics cards in that list I'm not sure which one my laptop uses. In the device manager, it just says "AMD Radeon(TM) Graphics" so I'm not sure how specific that is or where to find the specifics.

After downloading all of the game packs and the game itself, it loaded and gave me the "Unrecognized video card" error. In the config file, it shows "Found:0, Supported:1" 

I'm just not sure how to go about fixing this and I don't want to mess with things on my own without some sort of guidance.

I've attached the "dxdiag" file that I've seen people attach, and the config file. I'm not sure if there's any other information that is needed.
