Redeem sims 4 code for Child account

Hello, i recently set up a child account thats connected through mine and would like to download the sims 4 (which is free) But the child account wants me to redeem a code but since the game is free ...

Hi @LadyWhinesAlot 

If you try submitting a help request on the site without logging in (please click the Continue Without Logging In option) do the contact options load properly for you then?
