Rental convert to residential

In the Sims 4 Snowy Escape I had converted the 5-1-1 rental lot to a residential lot and moved a household in and all was fine after I closed and opened the game several times. I “saved as” my save, and the lot had reverted to rental, but still had my household listed as the residence. This meant I couldn’t change the type of lot back to residential (because it was owned), but I also couldn’t move the household into the lot because it was a rental. I had to move them to a different house and have them sell the lot. This resulted in my painstakingly decorated house to be emptied. Luckily I had house saved, so I just placed it again and moved them back in, but I hope this whole thing doesn’t happen again! Notably, other lot types that I had modified were not affected (residential to rental stayed rental, and all others). Just the rental to residential was affected.
